RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are more than satisfied with your new order. If for some reason a product does not meet your requirements, you may return it for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.

We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase and keep your order.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Items must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels.

HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS:

STEP 1: CONTACT US

Contact our customer service at the below email : cycling_sales@logicasport.com.  Our team will then contact you with further instructions.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WHEN POSSIBLE

Prepare the BOX with the items that you wish to return. You can use the same box that were sent with your original goods.

STEP 3: SHIPPING (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. )

Once you are ready (items new and unused/unworn condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels, box is closed and correctly labelled with the return number that will be provided to you.  

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged. If used or damaged items are returned, any extra shipping cost will be charged to you. We reserve the right to keep the used or damaged items and their value.

STEP 4: REFUND

When all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of goods returned. (Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable).

The refund will be processed once the returned items pass our quality control inspection.

Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card (or PayPal account) used for the original purchase.

The refund process can take 7-10 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.
